Use of The Villages Club I and Villages Club II - Swimming and Sports Activities
As part of your rental fee, both of the Villages Clubs are available for your use at no additional charge from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  The Villages Club I is located in the Sunridge community.  Just take the path along Village Drive (the road you see looking toward the parking lot from the condo), up the hill.  There is a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, showers and charcoal grills at this complex.  You can also use The Village Club II which is along the path down the hill in the Woodridge community.  There is a pool, hot tub, basketball court and volleyball court at this complex.  There is also parking available at both complexes if you don’t want to walk.  A map with these details is located on the Maps page of this website.


Pre-packing Checklist

  • Make a grocery list of food that you take with you and buy it.  Some products can be bought relatively close to the resort but the nearest real grocery store is 20 minutes away.

We want to make your vacation memorable so we always go the extra mile to make your stay extra special and carefree. Included with the condo at no additional charge is early check-in/check-out when available, shuttle service to anywhere in the resort, WiFi, a selection of books, videos/DVDs and board games, tennis racquets, balls, basketball, volleyball, and a lockable equipment closet. And to help make your packing less stressful, we supply all bed linens and bath towels and provide an initial supply of paper products, trash bags, wraps, dishwasher/dish soaps and laundry detergents and softeners. 

Please note there are stairs into the home and it is not handicap accessible.

Parking is also available in a large lot in front of the condo.

  • Get car serviced and filled up if you are going in the car or if you are flying, make sure your tickets are in order. ​

​Things You Need to Pack

  • Make a note card for each family member and list everything that needs to be packed for this person. Don’t forget their favorite toy, golf clubs, clothes or snack.
  • There are a lot of things to do in the Laurel Mountains.  Be sure to check your itinerary for places that you will need special clothes such as church, fancy restaurants, swimming, skiing clothes and equipment like fishing gear and skis.
  • Keep it simple.  Mix and match your outfits for less packing.Plus there is a washer and dryer in the home for your use.
  • Keep your makeup and hair care items to a bare minimum. Don't forget a hat and sunscreen if you are going to be outside a lot. How about a book or magazine to read?
  • Don't forget medications and a small first aid kit. 
  • Make a card that is labeled: Food to take.  Attach it to your master packing list.

Things To Do Before You Leave

  • Set up your email to forward to someone else or auto reply the sender that you are on vacation.
  • Consider turning off your water in the house. 
  • Make sure you have all your necessary paperwork for your vacation.
